 Szigetvar’s
biggest attraction - next to its historical background
and cultural heritage - the premium quality medicinal
water. This was the reason why the town’s main desire
for 50
years was a spa, which reaches the european standards.
The 3-years long buliding period of this spa finished
in szeptember 2007. In the heart of Szigetvár a beautiful,
high quality spa came to fruition.
The spa’s unique appearance
and athmosphere was planned by Pál Masszi and by Bozsogi-Dobány
fine artists, furthermore the Zsolnay Porcelain Manufacture
helped in the fabrication of the sculptures, embossments
and ceramics.
This 1,2 milliard HUF investment was financed by the local government, the SZIGET-VÍZ
Kft. ( 400 million HUF credit) and by the Széchenyi plan
application (200 million HUF). The spa is operated by
the joint proprietor, SZIGET-VÍZ Kft.

of his idea was our very effective medicinal water.

can cure those guest who are insured by the OEP. We offer
hydrotherapeutical, balneotherapeutical, electrotherapeutical
treatments, which are provided by high skilled professionals.
Beside curative treatments we offer popular wellness services
like jacuzzi, massages, sauna, infrasauna, steam cabine.
